New to Fitness & Strength?

Looking to get into shape or kick off a new fitness routine?

 Are you a beginner to CrossFit and or strength & fitness training?

At CrossFit North Carlton we offer regular "Beginner"classes on our timetable. Run by our amazing personal trainers who are also some of our CrossFit trainers. In the classes you will follow the workout of the day in a scaled format with a safe and controlled environment. These classes are capped at 5 people so you get the attention you need and deserve.

Start CrossFit the right way and ease yourself into regular CrossFit classes.

New to CrossFit?

If you have experience in strength training and or Fitness and would like to see if CrossFit is for you. Let's organise to drop into a class that can be scaled to suit your ability and level. Once completed, if required, we can book you into one of our "Introduction to CrossFit" classes. In this class we go through all the foundation exercises and CrossFit methodology to bring you up to speed.

After this course you can get right into our regular CrossFit classes and start your CrossFit journey.
