CrossFit North Carlton classes are capped at 12 athletes per class.

We use a Wodify system for programming, displaying and tracking your workouts and performance.

Upon joining CrossFit North Carlton you will get an app for your phone to allow you to see the workout in advance, check the virtual whiteboard, upload score and track progress, sign in and reserve your place in the class.
